The palate is a well-constituted wine, balanced acidity, sweet and fatty, with a long and elegant finish. The retro nasal reminds us of fresh fruits.


Fos Crianza 2014

95% Tempranillo, 5% Graciano.

Colour:
Garnet color, medium layer and high gloss.
Bouquet:
Deep. Shows touches of red and black fruit, mineral and balanced balsamic notes with notes of vanilla and coconut from their stay in oak barrels.
Flavour:
Balanced and fresh. Fine and powerful, it has a long and elegant finish.


Fos Reserva 2013

85% Tempranillo, 15% Graciano

Colour:
Intense garnet red color, high layer.
Bouquet:
The nose is very expressive and complex, combining balanced balsamic notes with a note of coffee and cocoa from the smooth toasting of the barrel.
Flavour:
The palate is elegant, unctuous and velvety, with a long and pleasant aftertaste, which denotes the sweetness of mature tannin.


Rubiejo Barrica 2014

Colour:
Deep dark cherry colour with distinct purple rim. The high robe is intense; this wine is brilliant and clean.
Bouquet:
In the nose, it is very expressive and intense. Explosion of deftly intertwined fruits such as wild berries and cherries, with a background of woody tones like vanilla and coffee.
Flavour:
On the palate, the wine is fresh, big, smooth, and balanced. The finish is long and fleshy, with a slight bitter touch that shows its variety and persistence.

dry and velvety, winy and fruity witha a slight aftertast of bitter almonds, full-bodied, harmonic, good acidity and alcohol, excellent long-lasting fl avour, to be drank young.

Primitivo I.G.T. Puglia

Colour:
deep violet red with light garnet shades.
Bouquet:
we find an excellent olfactory complexity that ranges from plum and blackcurrant jam to spicy notes of black pepper and rosemary, well perceived intriguing notes of toasted almond and vanilla.
Flavour:
we find a full wine, warm, enveloping, with a good acidity, sapid with an excellent persistence, to the aftertaste we find the spicy and almond notes.

Nero d’Avola I.G.T. Terre Siciliane

85% min Nero D’Avola IGT y hasta  15%  de otras rojas

Colour:
beautiful ruby red with light garnet hues.
Bouquet:
ethereal, warm, with delicate notes of red berries, reminiscent of blueberry and cherry, followed by a spicy, balsamic note and in the end vanilla notes.
Flavour:
the wine is full on the palate, soft, warm and harmonious. The velvety tannings are barely noticeable and disappear quickly, it has good persistence. During the aftertaste phase, spicy and balsamic notes, as well as pleasant light liquorice notes.

SEASON SANGRIA

 

Ingredientes:
1 botella de la tradición sangría
¼ de taza) de azúcar
1 taza de agua
1 naranja exprimido
1 limón exprimido
Palitos de canela
1 parte de Cointreau
6 partes de agua con gas

Preparación:
Llevar el azúcar, agua, jugo de naranja y limón y canela a ebullición en una olla. Cocinar a fuego lento 10 minutos, luego quitar y dejar enfriar. Ahora agregue el Sangria Tradicion, el Cointreau, y el agua chispeante en un tazón de fuente del sacador. Tome la canela del jarabe y agréguela al punzón; La fruta flotará en la superficie. Ingredientes:

1 botella de la tradición sangría
½ taza de vino blanco suave
½ taza de coñac

Preparación:
Ponga todos los ingredientes en un frasco y mézclelos, luego refrigere. Sirva bien frío y con hielo, adornando con frutas de temporada o su gusto.

Ingredientes:

• 1 botella de Tradicion Sangria
• 1 botella de prosecco
• Melocotón blanco cortado en rodajas
• Kiwi pelado y cortado en rodajas Uvas
• Frambuesas

Preparación:
Ponga todos los ingredientes dentro de un agitador con hielo, agite vigorosamente y sirva en jarras o vasos.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Ingredients:
1 bottle of sangria tradition
½ cup soft white wine
½ cup cognac
