Our “Pinot Noir project” started in 2003, with the aim of producing a unique Pinot Noir but characteristicof its News World roots.
Gran Reserva Pinot Noir was born from a very unique climate area in the south of Chile in the Maule valley towards the Pacific Ocean. we were always focus in produce Premium Pinot Noir, using hand selected fruit and traditional wine making process according to the Burgundian tradition to obtain a very unique and expressive Pinot Noir.
Producing this variety has been Lauca winery most exciting challege.

COLOUR:
Bright ruby red.
BOUQUET:
It exhibits lifted notes of plum and black cherries, with slighter cocoa, pepper, coffee and toasted sweet oak hints.
FLAVOR:
In mouth the wine presents an excellent structure, with plenty of fruit and superb tannins. Long, pleasant and elegant ending.

CASAS DEL MAIPO
CABERNET SAUVIGNON

This elegant and young Cabernet Sauvignon comes from dry hills in Maute Valley, Chile’s most traditional origin.
TASTING NOTES:
It displays intense nose of ripe fruit like strawberries and plums, with final touches of sweet spices. In the mouth this wine is fruty, sophisticates and rich, with blackberry and juice plum, together with touches of toasted oak which harmonically integrated.

MERLOT

A round and very fruit-forward Merlot from central Maule valley
TASTING NOTES:
It display as aromatic nose with notes of plum and black cherries, with slighter cocoa, pepper, coffe and toasted sweet oak hints. In mouth, this wine presents an excellent structure, with strong fruit flavors, a full concentrated palate and well-structured mature tannins. Long, pleasant and elegant ending.

CASAS DEL MAIPO
SAUVIGNON BLANC

Coming from the privileged Maule Valley, this pale-yellow green Sauvignon Blanc reflects its coastal origins. The strong Pacific Ocean influence and red clayish soils concur to foster this refreshing, crisp, pale yellow-green wine.
TASTING NOTES:
In nose, fresh aromas of white flowers and fine critic notes of grapefruit combine with green apples and white peaches. In mouth, it is crisp and delicate with a pleasant minerality. This is perfect as an aperitif or paired with citric seafood dishes like ceviche.

ROSÉ – SAUVIGNON BLANC

This Sauvignon Blanc Rose in unique. Sauvignon Blanc grapes are passed through a process of contac with the grapes skin of Carignan, giving its light, bright, pale color without affecting the taste profile.
TASTING NOTES:
Well Balanced with a nice acidity. On the nose it is fruty and refreshing. Goes well with light dishes.

CARMÉNÈRE – RESERVA

This wine has its origin in the most renowned area in Chile for Carmenere, San Clemente in the heart of Maule Valley. This Carmenere has an intensely dark purplish red color.
TASTING NOTES:
Notes of blanck and red fruit are combined with hints of black pepper, coffe and sweet oak notes. In the mouth, this wine is full and concentrated with strong fruit flavor and well structured and mature tannins

CASAS DEL MAIPO
CHARDONNAY

A Chardonnay from a coastal area near the Pacific Ocean in the Maule Valley, which is a privileged origin from growing climate varieties.
TASTING NOTES:
The bright yellow wine with golden hints is recognized for its strong citrus aromas which accompany a superb mineral character. In nose, aromas of tropical fruits like pineapples combine with citrus grapefruit notes. In the mouth, fruity flavors combine with a balanced minerality, giving it a nice freshness.

SEASON SANGRIA

 

Ingredientes:
1 botella de la tradición sangría
¼ de taza) de azúcar
1 taza de agua
1 naranja exprimido
1 limón exprimido
Palitos de canela
1 parte de Cointreau
6 partes de agua con gas

Preparación:
Llevar el azúcar, agua, jugo de naranja y limón y canela a ebullición en una olla. Cocinar a fuego lento 10 minutos, luego quitar y dejar enfriar. Ahora agregue el Sangria Tradicion, el Cointreau, y el agua chispeante en un tazón de fuente del sacador. Tome la canela del jarabe y agréguela al punzón; La fruta flotará en la superficie. Ingredientes:

1 botella de la tradición sangría
½ taza de vino blanco suave
½ taza de coñac

Preparación:
Ponga todos los ingredientes en un frasco y mézclelos, luego refrigere. Sirva bien frío y con hielo, adornando con frutas de temporada o su gusto.

Ingredientes:

• 1 botella de Tradicion Sangria
• 1 botella de prosecco
• Melocotón blanco cortado en rodajas
• Kiwi pelado y cortado en rodajas Uvas
• Frambuesas

Preparación:
Ponga todos los ingredientes dentro de un agitador con hielo, agite vigorosamente y sirva en jarras o vasos.

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle of Tradicion Sangria

Preparation:

Ingredients:
1 bottle of sangria tradition
½ cup soft white wine
½ cup cognac

Preparation:

Preparation:
