WINEMAKER COMMENTS:
This vibrant classic reflects the precision and balance of Napa Valley. Hand harvested, this Cabernet Sauvignon combines flavors of plums and ripe cherry. An array of red and black fruit on the nose and palate frame a deep sense of richness carrying through with smooth tannins and a full and lasting finish. Aged 24 months in new and second vintage French and American oak barrels.

CHARDONNAY

TASTING NOTES:
The pale straw color with aromas of fruit and green apples characterize our vintage Chardonnay.
This is a lighter-style Chardonnay with fresh, clean fruit flavors and a smooth finish.
Glenbrook Chardonnay is a great accompaniment to mild cheeses, chicken, veal and seafood.

2018 PINOT NOIR
GRAPE VARIETY:
100% Pinot Noir

PREPARATION:
Traditional techniques such as open top fermentations and hand plunging the cap during primary fermentation were implemented. To accentuate the fruit component, twenty percent of the grapes were added in whole clusters to the bottom of the fermenter. The cuvee or blend is a mix of clones from our Russian River Ranch. The clones chosen were UCD37, 667, 115 and 777. Each clone brings to the blend its own distinct characteristics. UCD37 is bold and full bodied, 667 is bright and aromatic, Clone 115 tends to be more fruit forward with good color and the 777 adds pronounced Pinot Noir aroma, vibrant color and a silky texture to the blend.
TASTING NOTES:
A walk through a dense redwood forest, full of wild blackberry brambles, dappled sunlight and the occasional moss and mushroom covered stump. These are the images that come to mind when first tasting the 2017 Trione Pinot Noir. The mouthfeel is rich and silky with a long finish. This wine will age gracefully for the next 5-7 years.

2016 FLATRIDGE ZINFANDEL
GRAPE VARIETY:
100% Zinfandel
PREPARATION:
The vineyard was planted with a selection of Zinfandel sourced from a 100-year-old vineyard next to the St. Peter’s Church in the northern Sonoma County town of Cloverdale. The church’s vineyard has been the source of plant material for many well-known producers of Zinfandel in the Rockpile Appellation of Sonoma County. The wine was made in small open top fermenters in a style similar to Pinot Noir. The cap was hand plunged three to four times daily. The wine was also made with a favored selection of yeast from a Rockpile Syrah.
TASTING NOTES:
Deep alluring aromas of sage and black pepper mixed with hints of crushed blackberry, wild berry, and huckleberries make up the bouquet. The 2016
Flatridge Zinfandel is bold, beautiful, and rich with fruit flavors while also showing great depth in structure, tannin, and length of finish. There are hints of earthiness and leafy vinous notes that mix together in a cacophony of elements that will have you pouring another glass.

SEASON SANGRIA

 

Ingredientes:
1 botella de la tradición sangría

6 partes de agua con gas

Preparación:
