PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA D.O.C.

GRAPE VARIETY

STORAGE AND AGEING:
Storage in a cool dry place is recommended, as the agingprocess for this important wine can last more than 5-6 years.
COLOUR:
Dark red, deep, with browny red coloured notes on aging.
BOUQUET:
Clean, warm, good perception of black berry and plum jamscents, followed by marked pepper and vanilla notes.
FLAVOUR:
Excellent mouth entry and thereafter pleasantly pungentcontinuous warmth sensation, followed by an interestingacid-salted note of light tannins. Excellent is the remainingsensation in the mouth after swallowing.

PRIMITIVO I.G.T. PUGLIA

GRAPE VARIETY:
Primitivo minimum 85%, moreover up to a maximum of 15% other red grape varieties which are authorized for cultivation for the corresponding provinces of the Puglia Region may contribute.
COLOR:
Deep purplish red with light garnet hues.
PERFUME:
On the nose we find an excellent olfactory complexity ranging from plum and black currant jam to spicy notes of black pepper and rosemary, well perceived intriguing notes of toasted almond and vanilla.
FLAVOR

COLOUR:
beautiful ruby red with light garnet hues.
BOUQUET:
ethereal, warm, with delicate notes of red berries, reminiscent of blueberry and cherry, followed by a spicy, balsamic note and in the end vanilla notes.
FLAVOUR:
the wine is full on the palate, soft, warm and harmonious. The velvety tannings are barely noticeable and disappear quickly, it has good persistence. During the aftertaste phase, spicy and balsamic notes, as well as pleasant light liquorice notes.

SEASON SANGRIA

 

Ingredientes:
1 botella de la tradición sangría
¼ de taza) de azúcar
1 taza de agua
1 naranja exprimido
1 limón exprimido
Palitos de canela
1 parte de Cointreau
6 partes de agua con gas

Preparación:
Llevar el azúcar, agua, jugo de naranja y limón y canela a ebullición en una olla. Cocinar a fuego lento 10 minutos, luego quitar y dejar enfriar. Ingredientes:

1 botella de la tradición sangría
½ taza de vino blanco suave
½ taza de coñac

Preparación:

Ingredientes:

• 1 botella de Tradicion Sangria
• 1 botella de prosecco
• Melocotón blanco cortado en rodajas
• Kiwi pelado y cortado en rodajas Uvas
• Frambuesas

Preparación:

Ingredients:
1 bottle of sangria tradition
½ cup soft white wine
½ cup cognac
