Maceration during 18-20 days with a couple of remontage a day

TASTING NOTES
It has a deep red color with purple tints. Extremely complex bouquet, ripe black and red berry fruits together with spices, liquorice, vanilla, eucalyptus, coffee, plum compotes and toasty notes. Full bodied, powerful, elegant, with a long, long finish with sweet and tasty flavors coming throug at the end.

YLLERA COLLECTION
SAUVIGNON BLANC

TASTING NOTES
Brillant pale straw yellow color with green accents. Clean on the nose with green apple, peach, melon, citrus and crisp flowery tones. The Sauvignon Blanc is giving tropical fruits notes (passion fruit, pineapple and mango). Smooth on the palate, with a very crispy acidity. It finishes with soft fruit, flowers and lively acidity that makes it very attractive.

YLLERA ROSÉ

VARIETAL:
Tempranillo
WINE AGE:
25 – 35 years.
ELABORATION:
Selection of grapes from the Douro and Rueda valley. Pre-fermentation stages of each variety made separately, to get the maximum potential from both Verdejo and Tempranillo grapes. Gravity bleeding. Cold maceration with the skins for 24 hours or until the desired pink color is achieved. Fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aging with the fine lees for at least 6 months. Filtered bottled.

PEPE YLLERA

VARIETAL:
Tempranillo y Cabernet Sauvignon
APPELLATION:
D.O. Ribera Del Duero
WINE AGE:
30 – 40 years.
ELABORATION:
Manual harvest. Double selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the winery. Destemming. Alcoholic fermentation at 28 ° in stainless steel tanks. Daily reassembly for color extraction and temperature control. Malolactic fermentation. Clarification and racking. Later it goes to barrels and bottles.

SEASON SANGRIA

 

Ingredientes:
1 botella de la tradición sangría
¼ de taza) de azúcar
1 taza de agua
1 naranja exprimido
1 limón exprimido
Palitos de canela
1 parte de Cointreau
6 partes de agua con gas

Preparación:
Llevar el azúcar, agua, jugo de naranja y limón y canela a ebullición en una olla. Cocinar a fuego lento 10 minutos, luego quitar y dejar enfriar. Ingredientes:

1 botella de la tradición sangría
½ taza de vino blanco suave
½ taza de coñac

Preparación:
Ponga todos los ingredientes en un frasco y mézclelos, luego refrigere. Sirva bien frío y con hielo, adornando con frutas de temporada o su gusto.

GOLD SANGRIA


Ingredientes:

• 1 botella de Tradicion Sangria
• 1 botella de prosecco
• Melocotón blanco cortado en rodajas
• Kiwi pelado y cortado en rodajas Uvas
• Frambuesas

Preparación:
Ponga todos los ingredientes dentro de un agitador con hielo, agite vigorosamente y sirva en jarras o vasos.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 bottle of sangria tradition

½ cup cognac
